Why coaching?

Coaching helps healthcare professionals build trust, reduce conflict, and improve patient and team outcomes.

How much commitment?

Coaching is customized to fit your life and goals. Usually 30-60 minute sessions every 3-4 weeks – just enough time to practice new skills.

What might I work on?

We start with your own strengths, and craft goals together. Clinical communication skills such as Motivational Interviewing and empathic communication, and leadership skills such as giving feedback, navigating team dynamics, and guiding teams through change are common themes.

What coaching philosophy?

I use a strength-based coaching style, focusing on your values and goals, and evoking your own motivations and goals.

Why Jen?

Good question! I bring a wealth of perspective and experience to our conversations. I’m the former director of the Mayo Clinic Wellness Coach Training program, a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach, and I’ve been coaching healthcare providers and leaders to become the best versions of themselves for over a decade.
